As a lifelong learner and seeker, I've always been drawn to the teachings of great leaders and masters throughout history. From Ralph Waldo Emerson to Tom Peters, from Carl Jung to Jim Collins, I've been fascinated with human potential and individual and organizational effectiveness. My career journey has taken me from sports journalism to corporate communications to corporate training and development and management consulting.

In 2005 I formed my own company called Bock's Office Transformational Consulting in Fargo, North Dakota. My passion for learning and teaching has allowed me the privilege of sharing my knowledge and experience with others � individuals and organizations � who want to practice "riskful" thinking as opposed to merely "wishful" thinking. Bock's Office acts as a strategic business partner, offering coaching speaking, facilitation, development and delivery of customized learning that supports organizations in building the professional careers of their employees and managers by maximizing organizational and individual capacity.

In addition to Life Success Consulting, I hold certifications in life purpose and career coaching, Job Relations training, and Accelerated Innovation training and coaching. I hold a bachelor's degree in English and communications and a master's degree in business management. I am also a graduate of Landmark Education's Curriculum for Living.

I am author of the book The 100% Factor: Living Your Capacity and a co-author of the book Don�t Miss Your Boat: Living Your Life With Purpose in the Real World. I also write two blogs, have hosted several leadership podcasts, and host a weekly inspirational talk radio show called "You Already Know This Stuff."
